Are your products tested on animals?

No animal testing/no animal-derived products.

Do your products contain parabens, phthalates, bht or dyes?

No. All of Marissa’s fragrances are IFRA compliant which means that they do not contain parabens, phthalates or BHT. She does not use dye in her fragrances, either.

Do you accept international orders?

International orders may be placed through Luckyscent.com.

Can I track my shipment?

Upon shipment, your delivery confirmation code will automatically be emailed to you. It can be tracked at the US Postal Service website. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email our customer service team via the Contact page.

if my order gets lost in transit, can i have a refund or replace it?

If your order was marked as, “delivered” unfortunately, no. PLEASE, PLEASE make sure that your address is 1) correct and 2) has a secure mailbox so your package won’t get stolen. If your package was lost or has not been delivered in adequate time, please email customer service. Sometimes USPS is very (very) slow.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Please allow up to 14 business days for your product to arrive. It may and likely be less time, but it may not be!


Can I expedite my order with next day or overnight shipping?

There are restrictions with flammable items like fragrance. Due to air transport restrictions and regulations, our items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Standard Ground Shipping only. This means they are not eligible for Premium or Overnight Shipping.

Can I return or request refunds for purchases made online?

Unless your merchandise was damaged upon receiving it, online purchases may not be returned, refunded or exchanged. If you are unsatisfied after receiving your purchase please contact us here.

Can I get free samples?

We offer free samples at some of our popup events, but otherwise samples are not free.
